405th celebration of the Black Nazarene still was attended by thousands of devotees aside from the threat that there would be a terrorist attack that would happen. DILG Sec. Robredo was very busy and assured that the security they have placed was very strict. To make sure that terrorism would not happen, they make sure that the mobile signals were blocked so that there would be no communication to those planning bad on the procession. They were devotees who did not take the crowd. There was one devotee who broke his neck because one devotee fell on him. Others had a high blood pressure because of the too much crowd in the place. It was a good thing that there are volunteers who are stationed in the procession area. There are devotees who were trapped in the stampede had wounds in their feet. It was President Noynoy Aquino who said that they have received reports that there are six terrorist from Mindanao who have already entered Manila. Some of the officials were dismayed on what the president did. Their view is that the president should have keep it to himself and let this cabinet members solve on that one and not that the people will be informed and may have panicked. A snatcher was caught in the middle of the procession. They attacked the snatcher when they caught the snatchers. The devotees were very mad. The police then immediately got the two to put them in a safe place. The police then brought the two inside the premises of the University of Manila. But still the devotes did not moved away. They stayed there. They wanted to have their hands on the two snatchers. The President of the School then said that she wanted the two suspects in a safe manner, but as much as possible when the devotees are all gone, she wanted the two to be taken out inside the premises. Because of the too much crowd, the head security of the school shot his service gun. He then said that he just could not take the crowd and he was left alone that is why he had decided to shot the gun to scare away the people. The police disarmed the head security and had him investigated.
