Elisa Altamira (Melissa Ricks) died because of complications towards her health condition. Everybody grieved Elisa's death specially Elisa's father - Mariano Altamira (Albert Martinez) and mother - Dana Altamira (Agot Isidro). Elisa died because of health complications and the Doctors already did everything they can do. At Elisa's burial, Christina "Chrissy" Altamira (Isabelle De Leon) and Ella Altamira (Alexa Ilacad) cried a lot reminiscing everything about their sister - Elisa. Chrissy and Ella can not forget how their sister - Elisa took care of them when she was still alive. As for Dana, she cried a lot reminiscing how she and Elisa talks to each other everyday. Elisa's family love her so much and they can not believe that they can not be with Elisa anymore. Days after Elisa's burial, Viviana "Vivian" Altamira/Rincon (Mickey Ferriols) together with her nephew - Eduard Caceres (Aldred Gatchallian) went to visit Eduard's mother - Cecile Altamira/De Silva (Vina Morales) at the Psychiatric hospital. Cecile became crazy after what happened to her and the Altamira family. The Altamira family can not forget what Cecile did towards Elisa wherein she is the one who shot her.
