Donya Ana (Gloria Romero) had contacted Simeon (Neil Ryan Sese) to make him ready for the negotiation of Desmond (Gabby Eigenmann) and Enrique (Roberto Arevalo). After Simeon dealing with Donya Ana, he then prepared his back- up. The following day, Enrique was all set for his part of the plan. When he stood up at the place of negotiation, he was very surprised when a young little girl approached him. Enrique then asked her (Mimi) if she was the one who will receive the money. Mimi then asked where the money was. Enrique then handed the big black bag to Mimi. After that, Mimi had a difficulty in bringing the bag. Nerissa saw the situation of her daughter. Then Neerissa had decided to go after Mimi. Without any second thoughts, she got out from the van and go to the direction of Mimi. The man of Simeon was very surprised of what Nerissa did. Meanwhile, Simeon saw the action outside. He was very surprised seeing Nerissa running after. Simeon then called his man and instructed him to make a hole at the wheels of the van where Nerissa got down. He instructed him to go from behind. The man followed what Simeon had instructed him; but the man of Desmond was very fast and saw him. The man on the van immediately shot him on the chest area. The police then got out from their posts and tried to run after the man who was already driving the van away from the vicinity. Meanwhile, Nerissa and Mimi were left. The police the said that they are going to take them to the station and interview her. She needs to explain something how she got there.
