Dong Yi (Han Hyo Joo) was called by Court Lady Eum for a certain favor. Court Lady Eum then told her that the condition of Queen Myeongseong (Park Jung Soo) is not doing well anymore. And it was found out that someone had placed something on the medicines of Queen Myeonseong to make her condition worse. And Court Lady Eum added that they are suspecting Lady Jang that she is the one who is the principal of these ideas. Dong Yi was very surprised by what she had known. She could not believe that Lady Jang would do such a thing. Dong Yi then told Court Lady Eum that she thinks that somebody or a group is just trying to put Lady Jang in that position. She then told Court Lady Eum that she would do the most possible thing to prove to everybody that Lady Jang is innocent. Court Lady Eum just listened to what Dong Yi was saying. Meanwhile, Court Lady Eum was assigned to that special task by Queen Inhyeon (Park Ha Sun). Queen Inhyeon was informed that there was a letter found two at the bureau of the medicine men. They would really trace it down to know who is responsible for the sickness of Queen Myeongseong. Meanwhile, Dong Yi was able to see at the assistant of Lady Jang. She saw her handing out a letter to the medicine men. She followed her until she called out her name. The assistant was much tensed because she knows Dong Yi is very sure of what she had just witnessed. The assistant then went to Lady Jnag and informed her. Lady Jang then instructed her people to look for Ding YI and bring her to her house. She wanted to talk to her personally.
