The brother of Lady Jang instructed Cha Chun Soo (Bae Bin Soo) to accompany the man in going to a certain port. Chun Soo knows that the port is the usual port where the men would escape by going to China. Brother Jang then told him to stop asking questions; his only job is to lead those men in going there. Chun Soo did not waste time and hurriedly went in that direction. While leading those men, Chun Soo could not take away from his mind who that man they are protecting. The man who was very special asked a favor from Chun Soo to stop because he needed to take a rest. So he gave him the favor. Chun Soo told the guard to watch over the man until he comes back. He is just going to make sure that the place is safe. While surveying the place, Chun Soo noticed that they are unusual movements in behind the bushes. This made Chun Soo realized that the person he is accompanying is not just any ordinary person but a very special one. He came and assured them that the place is clear. He asked one of the men to accompany him in going to the boat. The man he was referring to voluntarily follow. When they were already far, Chun Soo asked him who the man was. The guard only knew that the man is an official from China. Chun Soo killed him to make sure that he would not have problems in the way. He then led the men to the port where the boat was waiting for them. He wished them luck that they would be safe. The men hurriedly went on board the ship; but the guards of the palace then surrounded them and told him to surrender. The Chinese official did not listen instead he fought for his life. He was outnumbered and was forced to surrender.
