Maria Hernandez (Erich Gonzales) already gave birth to her first born child and she gave birth only at the streets. Some strangers saw Maria giving birth to her child and they hurriedly rushed her to the hospital to save her and her child's life. Soraya Montenegro (Paw Diaz) saw Maria and she never hesitated helping her out. When Maria is already awake, Soraya then approached her asking about what happened to her. Maria just kept quiet and did not mind Soraya's question and when she heard Soraya asking her about Luis Dela Vega (Enchong Dee), Maria is very uneasy already. Soraya then handed down Maria's baby wherein Maria is very happy to see her child. Later on, Soray called the secretary of Victoria Montenegro/Dela Vega (Angel Aquino) telling her about Maria who is with her. Meanwhile, Maria's mother - Sandra Hernandez (Assunta De Rossi) finally decided to look for Maria because she knows that Maria is going to give birth to her first child already. Sandra asked some of her employees to take care of her furniture shop while she will be away looking for Maria for awhile. Going back with Maria, she got very confused when she gave birth to her first child wherein the father is Luis whom she knew is her brother. Maria told herself that she and Luis can not be together and can not bear a child because Luis is her brother. As for Victoria, she received a call from her secretary telling her about Soraya's news about Maria and so she hurriedly went to the hospital where Soraya worked. When Victoria arrived at the hospital where Soraya worked, she is very surprised to see Soraya who was her worst enemy in the past. Soraya then asked forgiveness to Victoria again telling her that she wants to make it up to the Dela Vega family. The only thing that Soraya can do for the Dela Vega family is to help Maria and Luis be back together again. Soraya told Victoria to take good care of Maria's child because she will be leaving the country already. Victoria's husband - Don Fernando Dela Vega (Ian Veneracion) called her asking where she went. Victoria told Don Fernando that she is going somewhere important and she will be back at the hospital soon. So now that Maria's child is with Victoria, what will Victoria do to the child?
