The Maniego family were very afraid that they are going to lose their mentally challenged son - Benjamin "Budoy" Maniego (Gerald Anderson). After the incident at Elena Dizon's (Janice De Belen) house, Budoy is very mad at his own father - Doctor Anton Maniego (Tirso Cruz III). Budoy asked his father - Doctor Anton why his foster mother - Elena was caught by the police officers. Doctor Anton got very mad at Budoy and so he told him not to ask anymore question and just keep quite. Doctor Anton also told his son - Budoy to go to his room since he was very disappointed on him. Budoy then hurriedly went to his room with his biological mother - Luisa Maniego (Zsa Zsa Padilla) following him. Budoy then asked his mother - Luisa why his father - Doctor Anton reacted that way wherein he just want to know what happened to their relationship towards his foster mother - Elena. Luisa then told Budoy that she will be the one to ask sorry for his father - Doctor Anton because Doctor Anton only wants to protect their family. Meanwhile, Doctor Grace Maniego (Mylene Dizon) talks to her friend about what she did to Budoy. Doctor Grace's friend asked her what she told Budoy that made him escape from school and went to see his foster mother - Elena. Doctor Grace then said that she wants to ruin Budoy's life as he ruined her son - Benjamin "BJ" Maniego's (Enrique Gil) life.
