Doctor Anton Maniego (Tirso Cruz III) and his wife - Luisa Maniego (Zsa Zsa Padilla) are very proud parents of Budoy wherein they are thankful to have him as their child. Budoy's grandmother - Doctor Alberta Maniego (Barbara Perez) is also very happy with Budoy's progress. Budoy is smarter now and Doctor Anton believed that Budoy's brain is working more than usual. The Maniego family and Budoy's foster mother - Elena are very happy and proud of Budoy. Budoy then told her foster mother - Elena that he already knows why he became smarter this time. Budoy told his family and Elena that he is now smarter than before because he is eating the foods that the Maniego family are eating. Meanwhile, Doctor Grace Maniego (Mylene Dizon) is talking to her friend about her problems towards Budoy. Doctor Grace is very disappointed as well as mad at Budoy because he is now smarter than the usual. Going back at the Maniego's house, Budoy talks to his brother - Benjamin "BJ" Maniego (Enrique Gil) but BJ doesn't want to talk to him. Doctor Anton then talked to BJ alone telling him to understand his brother - Budoy because he is older than him. BJ told his father - Doctor Anton that he can not be wrong all the time against his brother - Budoy just because Budoy is mentally challenged. Later on, BJ went back to his room and found Budoy looking at his books wherein BJ got very mad at Budoy. With this incident, will Doctor Anton scold BJ again for being so misunderstanding towards his brother - Budoy?
