The child of Angelito Santos' (JM De Guzman) friend - Bart died because of an illness. Bart is very sad and depressed that his son died and he was fired at the slaughter house. Angelito was known to be Bart's friend and so the owner of the slaughter house fired him also. Angelito then went back home with heartaches and sadness that he had no work anymore. Angelito did not want to tell his girl friend - Rosalie Dimaano (Charee Pineda) about what happened to him yet. Angelito knows that Rosalie is going to be sad that he was fired and will be very worried about him. When Bart's child is already inside a coffin, Angelito and Aling Belen (Daria Ramirez) are talking to each other. Aling Belen told Angelito that she perfectly understood that he loves Rosalie and their son so much but Angelito must do what is right. Aling Belen then told Angelito that he and Rosalie must go back home to their family since they are both too young to build a family on their own. Aling Belen also told Angelito that he must decide what is the right thing to do since he don't have a work already. Angelito was touched by Aling Belen's words of wisdom and so he went to talk to his girl friend - Rosalie.
