Angelito Santos (JM De Guzman) is working at the slaughter house wherein his friend helped him to get the job. Angelito is now doing his best to earn money for his girl friend - Rosalie Dimaano (Charee Pineda) who is pregnant. Angelito and Rosalie are already living together wherein they rented a room at Aling Belen. When Angelito got back home to Rosalie, he is surprised that Rosalie cooked for him. Angelito then handed Rosalie some of the pig's internal organs given by the owner at the slaughter house. Rosalie asked Angelito why he brought those since she already cooked for their dinner. Angelito then told Rosalie that he did not pay for the internal organs of a pig he brought but rather the owner of the slaughter house give it to him. Rosalie continued cooking where suddenly Angelito embraced her so tight. Angelito then told Rosalie that he missed her a lot and that he loves her so much. Later that night when Rosalie is already fast asleep, Angelito called his grandmother - Pinang (Elizabeth Oropesa) and checked on her condition. Angelito asked his grandmother - Pinang if he disturbed her sleep since it is already late at night. Pinang then told Angelito not to worry about her sleep because all she worries about is himself. The day after, Angelito went to work at the slaughter house again leaving Rosalie alone at the house they rented. When it is already morning, Rosalie went outside the house they rented and saw some women who are working on something together with Aling Belen. Rosalie then asked one of the women if what they are doing gives them money. The woman told Rosalie that Aling Belen helped them earn money by just letting them help with Aling Belen's business. Rosalie then asked Aling Belen if she can also work for her since she don't have anything to do while Angelito is away.
