At the hospital, Viviana "Vivian" Altamira/Rincon (Mickey Ferriols) is comforting her niece - Ella Altamira (Alexa Ilacad). Ella is very sad and worried about her sister - Elisa Altamira (Melissa Ricks). Vivian told Ella that her sister - Elisa will be okay and she should not worry too much about her. Ella is very close to Elisa wherein they eat breakfast together everyday. When Elisa disappeared, Ella didn't understand at first but then knew that somebody took her sister - Elisa. Ella was very worried that Elisa was not with them and thought that maybe the kidnappers will also take her away. Elisa's other sister - Christina "Chrissy" Altamira (Isabelle De Leon) is also very sad and worried about Elisa's condition. Vivian told Chrissy that Elisa will be okay soon because she knows that Elisa is a brave woman. Chrissy then asked Vivian how sure she is that Elisa will be okay wherein she is still comatosed. Chrissy then remembered how she envied her sister - Elisa back then. Chrissy is very jealous that Elisa has the attention of their father - Mariano Altamira (Albert Martinez).
