Cecile Altamira/De Silva (Vina Morales) ran away from the NBI Agents - Agent Cristobal Rivas (Joem Bascon) and Agent Giselle Santillian (Desiree Del Valle). Cecile then went to the hospital wherein she saw Christina "Chrissy" Altamira (Isabelle De Leon) and took her away. Ella Altamira (Alexa Ilacad) and their nanny are very surprised that Chrissy was taken by Cecile wherein they hurriedly asked for help. They asked the help of Nicholas "Nick" Perez (Allen Dizon) to tell Mariano Altamira (Albert Martinez) that Chrissy was taken by Cecile. The NBI agents - Agent Cristobal and Agent Giselle then followed Cecile wherein they are doing their best to capture her. The NBI agents together with Mariano then talks to Cecile who is making Chrissy as her hostage. Mariano tried to talk to Cecile telling her that they can talk things so that nobody is going to get hurt. Cecile told Mariano that she is not going to stop because she is very hurt with all things. Cecile is blaming her brother - Mariano that she experienced things that she don't supposed to experience right now. Cecile will kill her niece - Chrissy since she don't have a chance having her freedom and experience being loved anymore. Who is going to die? Will it be Chrissy who is Cecile's hostage or will it be Elisa who is still admitted at the hospital?
