Cecile Altamira/Caceres (Vina Morales) failed to kill Elisa Altamira (Melissa Ricks) who is still comatosed and is at the ICU (Intensive Care Unit). A Nurse suddenly came inside and wondered how is Cecile related to the patient - Elisa. Cecile then hides the syringe she supposed to use containing a liquid that can kill Elisa. Cecile then told the Nurse that she is Elisa's aunt and she pity's Elisa a lot. Later on, Elisa's parents - Mariano Altamira (Albert Martinez) and Dana Altamira (Agot Isidro) visited her at the hospital. Mariano and Dana are very worried that Elisa is still not awakened wherein Mariano is blaming himself. Dana then told Mariano not to blame himself because he don't like what happened to Elisa. As for Bruno De Silva (Eric Fructuoso), he got a visitor wherein the man gave him a piece of paper. When Bruno read what is on the paper, he is surprised to see that somebody is trying to help him escape prison. Later on, Bruno is having a stomach ache wherein the police officers hurriedly brought him to the hospital. Bruno got a chance escaping from the police officers when he is on his way to the hospital. By the time Bruno already woke up, he is surprised that it is his wife - Cecile who helped him escape prison. Cecile then told Bruno how happy she is to have him back at their house. So now that Cecile is successful having Bruno back in her life, will she be happy?
