Jade Dimaguiba (Kim Chiu) went back home to her husband - Andy Wu (Xian Lim) and is surprised that Andy cooked breakfast for her. Andy and Jade's relationship are already okay wherein Andy is doing his best to make Jade happy. Jade then told Andy that she have a gift for him and so with Andy who have a gift for Jade. When they already gave their gifts to each other, they are both surprised that they have the same gifts. Meanwhile, Onyx Dimalanta (Jolo Revilla) awakened Lola Amor Dimaguiba (Gina Pareno) asking how he looks on his outfit. Onyx then asked Lola Amor how she is after the new year's eve. Lola Amor told Onyx that her new year is not happy because her family is leaving her. Lola Amor shared to Onyx that her daughter - Zenaida "Zhenie" Dimaguiba (Ai Ai Delas Alas) is going to marry her ex-boyfriend - Chen Sy (Richard Yap). Onyx then asked Lola Amor why she disagreed to Zhenie and Chen's marriage wherein Chen is Jade's real father. Lola Amor then told Onyx that she don't want Chen to be a part of their family. As for Zhenie and Chen, they talked to each other about their wedding. Chen told Zhenie that they are going to have a civil marriage and the church wedding will be a month after. Zhenie then told Chen that she thought that they are both in a hurry in getting married. Chen asked Zhenie what does she mean because he thought they both want to get married. Zhenie is thinking about Jean Sy's (Cherry Pie Picache) feelings wherein Chen and Jean just broke up.
