Everybody in the mansion of the Montereals were very shocked by the picture that they received. They saw the picture of Jacob (Mark Anthony Fernandez). The sender (Desmond) also said that the payment of Jacob’s heart would also be a heart. Sandra (Camille Pratts) then said that maybe it would be needed for an operation. Sandra then told Donya Ana (Gloria Romero) that she will be looking for willing donors. Claire (Ynez Veneracion) then volunteered that she will accompany her. When they went looking on for donor, Claire then shared her realizations. It is very difficult to look for donors since they have to wait for that willing person to die. That death would save a life. Meanwhile, Michelle (Kyle Danielle Ocampo) heard what the adults were talking about Jacob. She then called her father and reported it to him. Simeon (Neil Ryan Sese) was very happy of the information that his daughter told him. The investigators then came at the mansion of the Montereals. Aling Marya (Luz Valdez) was the one who narrated to them what had happened to Jacob before he left. Meanwhile, Desmond (Gabby Eigenmann) was very busy looking for the heart he could have for the heart transplant of his mother. Desmond brought his mother for a walk. She was very weak already. They suddenly stopped when her mother mentioned the name of Kyla (Joyce Ching). Desmond was surprised because he had not talked about her. His mother then said that Kyla was just around the corner, waiting for her. Desmond then told her that she should not go with her. He wants the two of them of be together for a long time.
