Dr. Katrina (Ehra Madrigal) heard her fellow doctor confront Amara (Sheryl Cruz) about her feelings for her brother, Ferdinand (GArdo Versoza). Dr. Katrina was very surprised. It made her realize that all of it may be true. After all, Amara is not really a real sister of Ferdinand. Amara came in and explained to her that Rommel was only jealous. Rommel is jealous of all the men that surround her. Dr. Katrina sad that she could distinguish the love that only cares from the love that is already longing for something. Dr. Katrina then said that she could tell that Amara is the one who is insane and not Lilian (Tanya Garcia- Lapid). Amara was very mad. She did not want to be compared from the lunatic Lilian. As Dr. Katrina was confronting her, Amara then smashed something on her head. Dr. Katrina begged for her life. She then told Amara that she will follow all of her orders and would just let her live. But Amara did not listen to her. Amara was very scared that somebody else would know about her secret. Only Katrina would know about her dark secret. And she will be bringing it to her grave. Meanwhile, Lilian passed in the middle of the road. A woman helped her and she narrated to her what had happened to her why she got herself into that matter. The lady accompanied her in going to the mansion. The lady was very astonished to see the very big mansion. She could not believe that the owner of that mansion is the husband of Lilian. But Liian told her that nobody should see her that she is not there. The lady got confused and asked her if she was really telling her the truth. While they were hiding around the bushes, Clarissa (Joyce Ching) came together with a man and a woman. Lilian heard Clarissa say that she is not the real Mylene.
