The King was very happy with his companionship with Dong Yi (Han Hyo Joo). He then asked Dong Yi what she would like in life. He is very happy right now because Dong Yi gave him his very wish. He would like to give something in return. Dong Yi then said that she never wished something because she knows that she could not have it. She is just in that position. The king then asked her if she would like to be free and not be called a servant someday. DongYi said yes but it is very impossible. After they separated ways, King Sukjon )Ji Jin Hee) has decided to make the woman who fulfilled his dream to be happy. The following day, there were servants from the palace who went to the Bureau of Music. They wanted to invite Dong YI over and inform her of her reward. Everybody in the bureau was very happy. Dong Yi would now become as part of the Bureau of Investigation. Meanwhile, the people in the investigation department could not accept the decision of the Lady Queen. They were not in favor of this. For them, it would be a big disgrace to their department if they would accept that slave. They then went to the Mother Queen and told her of their concerns. Meanwhile, Lady Jang went to the palace of the Lady Queen. She volunteered to help her out in the problem that is arising. She thought that she was the one who made the problem when she asks a favor to give Dong YI a reward. But the Lady Queen then told her to stay in a distance. She will be the one to solve the problems that would arise.
