Benjamin "Budoy" Maniego (Gerald Anderson) wants to know the truth about what happened to him in the past. In the past, Budoy was kidnapped when he was still a child wherein he wants to find out who is behind the kidnapping. Budoy is speculating Doctor Grace Maniego (Mylene Dizon) as the mastermind of the kidnapping but he don't have enough evidence. To help Budoy with his investigations, Jacky Marasigan (Jessy Mendiola) never let him down. Jacky is very willing to help Budoy finding the truth about the kidnapping incident. Earlier, Budoy and his adoptive mother - Elena Dizon (Janice De Belen) had a conversation about Budoy's speculation. Elena strongly believes that Doctor Grace has something to do with the kidnapping incident of Budoy when he was still a child. Elena have a strong feeling just like Budoy because she too had some informations regarding Budoy's disappearance when he was still a child. On the other hand, Doctor Grace will not let the Maniego family discriminate herself after knowing that she cheated on Doctor Isaac Maniego (Christian Vasquez). Doctor Grace wants to have her life back especially her son - Benjamin "BJ" Maniego (Enrique Gil). With too much tension on what Doctor Grace can do to have her life back, Doctor Grace talked to Doctor Anton Maniego (Tirso Cruz III). Doctor Grace black mailed Doctor Anton wherein she wants Doctor Anton to give everything what she wants to have so that Doctor Grace will not reveal his secret. Doctor Grace knew about the kidnapping incident of Budoy wherein Doctor Anton and his mother - Doctor Alberta Maniego (Barbara Perez) are the ones responsible. With this in mind, will Doctor Anton agree with all the things that Doctor Grace asked him to do?
