Tears continue to fall and heartaches are strongly felt by the Maniego family. Doctor Isaac Maniego (Christian Vasquez) will never excuse what Doctor Grace Maniego (Mylene Dizon) did to him. Doctor Grace cheated on Doctor Isaac wherein she had a relationship with Henry Chavez (Cris Villanueva). Doctor Isaac's heart tore apart after knowing that Doctor Grace and Henry have a child - Benjamin "BJ" Maniego (Enrique Gil). The revelation of Doctor Grace and BJ's relationship spread out up to Luisa Maniego (Zsa Zsa Padilla). Luisa's husband - Doctor Anton Maniego (Tirso Cruz III) informed Luisa about Doctor Grace and BJ wherein Luisa and Doctor Grace argued with each other. As a result to Doctor Grace's lie, Doctor Grace and BJ moved out from the Maniego family's house. BJ moved out with his biological mother because he thought that Doctor Grace is the only person who will love him for what he is. Luisa tried to stop BJ with his decision to go with Doctor Grace but BJ insisted that he don't want to leave his mother alone. The day after that, Luisa and Doctor Anton woke up early wondering where Budoy went and worrying about BJ who is with biological mother already. Budoy went to his foster mother - Elena Dizon (Janice De Belen) looking for comfort because he is blaming himself with what happened to the Maniego family. Elena comforted Budoy making him realize that he have not done anything wrong. Furthermore, Budoy protected his family that is why he never hesitated asking Doctor Grace about the truth. With this in mind, how will Budoy apologize to Doctor Grace and BJ since he believed that he is the reason behind the chaos between Doctor Grace and the Maniego family?
