Doctor Grace Maniego (Mylene Dizon) finally revealed to Benjamin "BJ" Maniego (Enrique Gil) that she is his real mother. Doctor Grace revealed the truth to BJ since BJ already black mailed her and BJ's foster mother back then. BJ is very shock with his aunt - Doctor Grace's revelation wherein he then left her at the roof top. They were at the roof top because BJ threatened Doctor Grace and his foster mother that he is going to jump off the building. BJ got mad at Doctor Grace because he can't imagine that his real mother is his aunt - Doctor Grace. Meanwhile, Benjamin "Budoy" Maniego (Gerald Anderson) accidentally drowned at their swimming pool. Later on, Budoy's parents - Doctor Anton Maniego (Tirso Cruz III) and Luisa Maniego (Zsa Zsa Padilla) are very worried about him. Luisa wants to rush Budoy to the hospital and have himself check by a specialist because she feared that Budoy is not okay. Budoy then told his parents not to worry too much about him because he is just fine. Budoy also told his parents that he don't need to see a Doctor because he knows himself and he is just okay.
