Jenny (Kaye Abad) is with the kids - Angelito "JunJun" Santos Jr. (Joshen Bernardo) and Jenny's daughter - Mai Mai (Bea Basa). They went to the mall to have some fun wherein suddenly JunJun asked Jenny to buy some groceries. Jenny's daughter - Mai Mai also requested for a fruit juice drink wherein they bought one for Mai Mai. While Jenny and Mai Mai are waiting for their order, JunJun saw "ChikChilaok" (a mascot) and he is very eager to meet him. Later on, Jenny then told JunJun that they are going to buy the groceries he have requested and so they went inside the grocery store. JunJun then told Jenny that he wants to see the chocolates stand because he also wants to buy one. Jenny then told JunJun not to go far away from them and must stay wherever he is left behind. When Jenny and Mai Mai went inside the grocery, JunJun sneaked out and went to see ChikChilaok. When ChikChilaok already went back inside the restaurant, JunJun was left alone. JunJun then looked for his "Naynay" (mother) - Jenny because he can't go down by himself using the escalator. JunJun cried so loud wherein somebody saw him crying and it is Rosalie Dimaano (Charee Pineda). JunJun doesn't know that he is talking to his mother - Rosalie already.
