Malacañang is not worried about the so-called "powerhouse" legal team of impeached Supreme Court Chief Justice Renato Corona. The Palace believes House prosecutors have strong evidence against Corona, whose defense team is headed by former Supreme Court Justice Serafin Cuevas. A member of the prosecution, Bayan Muna party-list Rep. Neri Colmenares, is also confident the Chief Justice will be convicted. The mayor of Valencia City in Bukidnon denied reports that a collapsed dam caused the massive flooding that affected around 300 residents in the city on Tuesday. Valencia City Mayor Leandro Jose Catarata said the city's only dam remains intact. Kim Chiu celebrates her holidays together with her relatives in Iligan City who were victimized by the typhoon Sendong. She did not have a grande celebration for Christmas for this year to share her blessing to the victims.
