For their last challenge, Mara Lopez, a professional surfer and daughter of sexy actress Maribel Lopez; and Arnold Aninion, a member of the Phiipppine volcanoes, were left hanging on the poles. Mara was about get down. Host Richard Gutierrez then called for a staff to bring in a ladder but Mara then said that it was only a false alarm. She could still take it. Minutes after she said it, Mara fell down the pole. Everybody was rushing to her. Mara was still lying on the sand. Her eyes were close. Arnold then hurriedly went down from his pole and rushed to Mara. KC Montero, a former MTV VJ, was just observing what Arnold was doing. Arnold pampered Mara in his arms. Mara was like a baby being cradled by Arnold. After that, Mara said that she was fine. Everybody was reacting to the scene they had just witnessed. Maey Bautista, a comedienne, said that she thinks that Mara was only ashamed that she fell down that is why she just closed her eyes and waited for someone to cradle her. After the challenge, they went back to their camp; all of them are watching each one’s moves to know who could be their possible alliance or who could be betraying them already. To remember: each tribe had an agreement to be faithful to their original tribes so that when the merging day comes, it would consist of purely all their tribe members. Either Tribe Tala or Tribe Bulan. Gino Dele Pena, Commercial model, noticed that Steff Prescot, a StarStruck finalist, is always grouping with members of the Tribe Tala. Stef is an original Bulan castaway. She and Gino are partners. But now, Gino notices that Stef is becoming close with the opponent tribe. ALL ABOUT: SURVIVOR Celebrity Doubles Showdown is the fourth season of the Philippine version of the reality television series Survivor. The show was entirely shot in Malagnang Island, San Vicente, Palawan. It is for the first time that Survivor Philippines will be having it in the home country. Even if the game is in doubles, it was said during the first day of airing that only ONE SURVIVOR will remain. And he or she will receive a grand prize amounting to Php 3, 000, 000.
