When KC Montero, former MTV VJ, won the game; he was told by Host Richard Gutierrez that he got a surprise. He was showed a plate of steak. After that, Host Richard told KC to choose castaways for a designated plate. Each plate consists of food that is only intended for the chosen person and not to be shared. KC was hesitant at first. He knew that someone would not be getting a plate and it would be unfair. Everybody should have a share. Host Richard then asked him who he will give the plate of spaghetti. He chose Maey, a comedienne. Maey was very happy. But later on, she was thinking what the reason that KC chose her was. Maybe it was because for alliance. And then Gino got the plate of cake. After all the castaways were given the plates with the food, only one was left. He was dismayed but later realized that it was fine. It was only temporary for the meantime. Before they started eating, Host Richard told them that they got letter from their loved ones. They were all very happy. But Richard then announced that the first four chosen castaways would only be given the chance to read the letters. While the rest of the letters would be read and would not be named to whom it was intended for. ALL ABOUT: SURVIVOR Celebrity Doubles Showdown is the fourth season of the Philippine version of the reality television series Survivor. The show was entirely shot in Malagnang Island, San Vicente, Palawan. It is for the first time that Survivor Philippines will be having it in the home country. Even if the game is in doubles, it was said during the first day of airing that only ONE SURVIVOR will remain. And he or she will receive a grand prize amounting to Php 3, 000, 000.
