Chen Sy (Richard Yap) is going to buy Edison Wu's (Ricardo Cepeda) shares at Twin Dragons company. Edison offered Chen that he is going to sell his shares to him worth one billion pesos. Chen accepted Edison's offer and he asked his wife - Jean Sy (Cherry Pie Picache) to sell some of their properties in China. Meanwhile at the Dimaguiba family's house, Zenaida "Zhenie" Dimaguiba (Ai Ai Delas Alas) received a text message from Menchu Wu (Marina Benipayo). Menchu informed the Dimaguiba family that Chen is going to buy Edison's share of the company. When Chen's daughter - Jade Dimaguiba (Kim Chiu) knew about this, she hurriedly went to see her father at the hospital. Jade then asked her father - Chen why he is going to buy Edison's share of the company wherein he don't need to do it. Chen then told Jade that he is going to do his best just to return all what she owns. As for Andy Wu (Xian Lim), he talks to his mother - Menchu about what he must do towards what his father - Edison did. Andy knew that his father - Edison is going to give all his shares to him if he is going to get married soon. Edison also mentioned that he wants Andy to marry Jade. With this, Andy and Menchu went to see the Dimaguiba family to inform them what Andy is planning to do.
