Maria Hernandez (Erich Gonzales) already knew that she and Don Fernando Dela Vega (Ian Veneracion) are not compatible regarding with their blood type. The Doctor who is looking after Don Fernando's health is the one who revealed to Maria about her blood type. Maria can not believe everything what the Doctor said because she knew from her father - Don Fernando that he is her father. With this, Maria then went to confront Don Fernando about it wherein Don Fernando is very shocked with Maria's question. Maria asked Don Fernando how sure he is that she is his daughter. Don Fernando then told Maria that he personally took a DNA sample from Maria and have it tested to know if Maria is his daughter. Don Fernando then remembered that Carlotta (K Brosas) got two glasses wherein she is very confused on what glass she will give to Don Fernando. Luis Dela Vega (Enchong Dee) then told his father - Don Fernando that they must call Carlotta for them to know about the truth. Don Fernando's wife - Victoria Montenegro/Dela Vega (Angel Aquino) reacted wherein she doesn't want Don Fernando to focus with Maria's revelation. Victoria told Don Fernando and the others that they must focus on Don Fernando's health condition because Don Fernando's life is at risk. With Victoria's strange reaction, Maria then asked Victoria if she has something to do with the incident. Victoria then revealed that it was Sandra Hernandez's (Assunta De Rossi) idea to tell everybody that Maria is Don Fernando's daughter. victoria only supported Sandra's plan because they both don't want Maria and Luis to be together forever. Maria is very shocked that her mother - Sandra is the reason behind letting her and Luis broke up because they are both have the same father. Maria then asked forgiveness to Maria because she helped Maria's mother - Sandra in telling them lies. Maria left everybody at the hospital because she was so hurt after knowing about the truth. As for Luis, he is very mad at his mother - Sandra because he believed that Maria is his sister. So now that everybody knows that Maria is not Don Fernando's daughter, how will Maria confront her mother - Sandra who is the reason why everything happened.
