Maria Hernandez (Erich Gonzales) was invited by Sabrina Villabrille/Dela Vega (Jewel Mische) to visit their house and join them for a small gathering. Sabrina wants Maria to organize a birthday party for her daughter - <1--more-->Andrea "Andy" Dela Vega (Alyanna Santos). Sabrina told Maria that she wants Princess or any girl type theme for Andy's birthday but Andy disagreed. Andy then told her mother - Sabrina that she wants to have many horses during her birthday. Sabrina then concluded that Andy is very boyish type of girl wherein she can't stop her from loving horses. Later on, Maria asked permission from Sabrina and her husband - Luis Dela Vega (Enchong Dee) for her to go home already. Sabrina then asked Maria to stay for dinner and join them as a part of their family since she is Luis' sister. During dinner, Sabrina asked Maria a lot of questions about her life before she came back. Meanwhile, Sandra Hernandez (Assunta De Rossi) is alone at their house praying for good things to come into her life and with her daughter - Maria. Sandra is very guilty why she told Maria that Luis is her brother because it caused a lot of trouble to their family. Everybody is very sad about Don Fernando Dela Vega's (Ian Veneracion) condition because there is no bone marrow donor. Don Fernando's son - Vladimir Dela Vega's (Arron Villaflor) bone marrow is not compatible or didn't passed the test to be a good donor. At the hospital, the Doctor told Don Fernando that the only chance he saw for him to be cured is to have a compatible donor but in their case there is no donor anymore. Don Fernando then talks to his family specially his wife - Victoria Montenegro/Dela Vega (Angel Aquino) wherein he thanked his family for their solid love and support towards him.
