Don Fernando Dela Vega (Ian Veneracion) is diagnosed having a Leukemia. Don Fernando needs to undergo Bone marrow transplant and his life is already at risk. Don Fernando's wife - Victoria Montenegro/Dela Vega (Angel Aquino) wants to make sure that Don Fernando is going to be okay. Don Fernando needs a bone marrow donor and his family members are willing to donate. Victoria, Luis Dela Vega (Enchong Dee) and Vanessa Dela Vega's (Jane Oineza) bone marrow are not compatible with Don Fernando. Luis' wife - Sabrina Villabrille/Dela Vega (Jewel Mische) is bothered where they can get a donor since there is nobody from Don Fernando's family matched. Meanwhile, Sandra Hernandez (Assunta De Rossi) is having conscience why she lied to Don Fernando as well as her daughter - Maria Hernandez (Erich Gonzales). Sandra made Don Fernando and Maria that they are related to each other. As much as Sandra wants to take back all what she said, she can not do it anymore because everybody already moved on with their lives. As for Victoria, she called her son - Vladimir Dela Vega (Aaron Villaflor) telling him that his father - Don Fernando needs his help. Victoria told Vladimir about Don Fernando's health condition and he is badly needed to know if his bone marrow will be compatible with Don Fernando. Vladimir told Victoria that he can't go home yet because there are more important things he needs to do abroad. The day after that, Sabrina went to the Hernandez's house and talked to Maria.
