The witch doctor who helped Renato (Gary Estrada) was already conscious after her mild attack in curing the boils of Renato. As the witch doctor was getting her magical book, Veronica (Deborah Sun), on the other hand, was getting her hands on the doll made intended for the said witch doctor. Veronica was cursing the other witch. She did not want her to mind what she was doing over Renato. But the other witch was very strong. He desire was that Veronica would not be able to curse Renato again and that he will be cured from the curse he is into. The two were having a fight using their powers, until the other witch lost her consciousness and fell down. Veronica was successful in ending the life of the other witch. But the other one was successful in removing her curse with Renato and she would not be able to put Renato under her curse again. Veronica told her friend, Pat that the witch should not have interfered with what she was doing to Renato. Because of her interference, it caused her life. But Pat also praised the power of the other witch because she was able to remove the curse in Renato. Meanwhile, Pat reminded Veronica that she should not mind over Renato. She should let him go already. She would not be able to touch his life again. Veronica then said that she would not allow that. Renato was the cause for the death of her daughter, Vicky (Angelika dela Cruz). If she would not be able to curse Renato again, she would always wish that Renato, Angela (Jessa Zaragoza), and their child would not be happy with their lives. Meanwhile, Renato woke up. He was surprised for he can already move freely and he could already speak. He was very glad that a miracle happened. After that, he remembered all the remote events that happened in his life. The time that he and Angela were still dating and up to the time that he asked her for marriage. He was still wondering how his parents died and they lost all their fortune. He thanked his Yaya for being there for him all the time.
